ODESSA - More trouble for an Odessa man who was involved in a shooting a couple of weeks ago.
Police went to search 20-year-old Abraham Ontiveros' home on South Texas Street.
According to an affidavit when the SWAT team approached him, he resisted.
While on the ground, police say Ontiveros reached up and tried to take an officer's rifle away.
After a scuffle, Ontiveros was eventually cuffed and hauled off to jail.
On March ninth, police found 22-year-old Lucas Hernandez with several gunshot wounds near Ontiveros' home.
The affidavit shows Hernandez was involved in a fight earlier that day with Ontiveros.
Police say a friend of Ontiveros', 19-year-old Bryavi Pride, kept calling Hernandez wanting to fight.
When Hernandez showed up on Texas Street, he was shot several times by pride.
Both pride and Ontiveros were charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
