ODESSA - More allegations against John Hughes have been filed. He's the former ECISD substitute who was arrested for allegedly exchanging sexual pictures with a 14-year-old girl who lives in Detroit.

According to a Homeland Security agent who testified Tuesday in court, this time a 14-year-old girl who lives in Odessa claimed she had been contacted by Hughes on Facebook over Spring Break. The girl said Hughes sent her a friend request and then sent her private messages. In those messages, Hughes allegedly said he's a substitute teacher so he could not talk to her but reportedly Hughes later said there is nothing wrong with being at Planet Fitness together to work out. The agent testified that those messages scared the girl because she didn't even know Hughes worked out at the same gym as her. The girl took screen shots of their conversation.

But it doesn't end there. Hughes allegedly contacted another young Odessa teen, who is either 13 or 14-years-old. Again, Hughes sent her a private Facebook message but the young girl didn't respond. According to testimony, Hughes didn't give up. The former sub was able to get her phone number through her Facebook profile and he started to text her. The young girl told authorities Hughes would text her and request sexual pictures. He even allegedly requested her to come to his house so he could hold her. The same girl also said Hughes would text her whenever he was going to sub at her school and let her know where he would be.

On March 19, Hughes was arrested and his home was searched.

On Tuesday, the judge ordered Hughes had to be evaluated by a doctor to see if he was dangerous to the community before he would consider letting him bond out.

Hughes was also removed from the ECISD available sub list.

More than half of the 17 people killed when a tourist boat sank on a Branson lake were members of the same Indiana family, and they likely wouldn't have been on the ill-fated trip but for a ticket mix-up.
