ODESSA - Three men accused of firing shots and robbing people at gunpoint at Fast Eddie's earlier this year have been indicted.

Adrian Atchison, Talvis Redic, also known as Talvis Jefferson and Brian Williams are all behind bars charged with five counts of aggravated robbery and five counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Back on January 20, officers heard gunfire erupt in the parking lot of Fast Eddie's.

Witnesses say several shots were fired at them from a car and other people say they were robbed at gunpoint.

The three suspects were later found by police in their getaway car.

Atchison was also charged with another robbery charge after a shooting on 22nd Street earlier that day.
