Former Permian High School Teacher Found Not Guilty of Improper Relations With a Student

ODESSA - A verdict has been reached in the case against former Permian High School teacher Robert Young.

Robert Young was found not guilty on all counts.

Young was originally charged with having an improper relations with a student.

Several witnesses took the stand throughout the two day long case.

We're told the Young did not take the stand in his own defense.

Young and his significant other cried out when the verdict was announced. 

Young's defense lawyer tells NewsWest 9, they're very happy with the outcome.
