ODESSA-  New details are emerging in the arrest of an Odessa Police Officer. Officer Salvador Becerra is accused of groping a woman during a traffic stop on Sunday. That woman reported it to police the very next day. Not long after, another alleged victim came forward. Becerra was arrested and bonded out of jail but now he's back behind bars. He was re-arrested Friday after a third woman went to police with same complaint.

"This type of behavior is not tolerated, it's illegal and it's unprofessional," said Steve LeSueur, with the Odessa Police Department, said.

The behavior of Odessa Police officer Salvador Becerra is under the microscope. On March ninth of this year,  Becerra pulled over an SUV for a traffic stop. According to official documents, a woman in the passenger seat didn't have her ID and Becerra asked the woman to get out of her SUV and walk with him back to his patrol car. Becerra reportedly opened the back door of his car and asked the woman to sit down and that's when it all began.

During questioning, the woman admitted to having a marijuana cigarette. Becerra reportedly told the woman she would not go to jail if she gave in to his requests. According to the arrest affidavit, the officer asked the woman several inappropriate questions like, "What size are your breast?" and Becerra reportedly asked the woman if he could touch her breast and she reluctantly let him.

According to the affidavit, after Odessa Police got word of this complaint. Police looked at video footage from that traffic stop and the video did show Becerra taking steps to make sure that he was out of the camera view.  The audio was also working fine until the woman and Becerra were at the back of the police car but the story doesn't end there.

Odessa Police began to search Becerra's dashcam video and found another victim. Becerra allegedly pulled over a woman in February for a traffic stop. The car had a female passenger and again Becerra asked her to walk back with him to his patrol car. The audio allegedly stops working but it turns back on when the woman was walking back to her car and reportedly you can hear Becerra say "call me" and "this will remain between us, ok?"
According to official documents, the same woman later told Texas Rangers that Becerra asked her similar questions like, "what size her breast were" and then he stuck his hand under her bra.

On Friday, a third victim came forward and told her side. According to that arrest affidavit, the story is almost identical. Becerra allegedly asked that woman her breast size and then put his hand under her bra.

Odessa Police tells NewsWest 9 that Becerra is currently on paid administrative leave pending the results of his hearing on Wednesday.

"If anybody experiences this type of behavior with an officer then we advise them to contact the Odessa Police Department immediately," LeSueur said.
