MIDLAND - A Midland mother is in hot water after leaving her toddler outside.
Several charges, including endangering a child, were filed against Brianna Hernandez.
Police were called out to a home on Roosevelt after a neighbor called to report a 2-year-old little girl crying on the doorstep.
Officers say they saw Hernandez ran inside the home then ran back outside.
She told police the toddler was her daughter and that she was watching four other kids.
According to an affidavit, when police went inside her home they could smell pot and even see it in plain sight on the couch.
There were also several joints laying around.
Police say the home was dirty and was not suitable living condition.
