MIDLAND - A man was arrested for exposing his genitals in public in Midland and it turns out he is a registered sex offender.
27-year-old Christopher Howard has been charged with indecency with a child by exposure.
Police were called out to the 1300 block of chestnut.
According to an affidavit, neighbors complained to officers about Howard exposing himself.
They say it's been going on for a while and they had pictures and videos to prove it.
One neighbor even said his 4-year-old daughter could see what was going on.
