MIDLAND - A Midland man set his wife's clothes on fire, all because she didn't want to have sex with him.
Deputies were called out to a home on West County Road 121.
That's where they found 31-year-old Armin Rubio, along with a fire on the front porch with flames up to five feet high.
According to the arrest affidavit, Rubio told deputies he tried to have sex with his wife but she didn't let him.
That's when he gathered her clothes, set them on the front porch and lit them on fire.
The report also says there were two children inside of the home at the time of the fire, one of which was sleeping on the couch near the porch.
