HOWARD COUNTY - The woman who will be the next Howard County Judge is under the microscope.

Apparently, she didn't file her required campaign financial report.

KBYG Radio in Big Spring broke the news on Thursday.

Kathryn Wiseman won against incumbent Mark Barr in the Republican Party primary on Tuesday.

According to KBYG's report, candidates are required to file their financials several times throughout the campaign and Wiseman's final campaign finance report was due February 24.

As of Thursday afternoon, she had not filed her final report, according to the Howard County Elections Administrator Saundra Bloom.

KBYG contacted Wiseman, who told them she would contact the elections office to file her report late, and seek advice in the matter.

According to the report, the required filing had slipped past Wiseman's attention

KBYG contacted current Howard County Judge Mark Barr, who was defeated in the primary, but he did not have an immediate comment or official statement and had not filed any complaints.
