Odessa Humane Society Trying to Find Homes For Puppies Found in a Cage at Odessa Landfill
The Odessa Humane Society is trying to find new homes for several puppies after they were found in a cage at a local landfill. We're told seven mixed breed puppies, estimated to be around eight weeks old were found in a locked wire cage at the Odessa landfill.
