BREWSTER COUNTY – A man charged with the murder of a Terlingua businessman has bonded out of jail.

The Brewster County Sheriff's Office Facebook page is reporting that Tony Flint posted a $200,000 bond and has been released from the Brewster County Jail in Alpine.

Flint is facing murder charges in connection with the death of 50-year-old Glenn Felts that happened back on February 4.

As you may recall, Felts body was found in the parking lot of La Kiva Restaurant and Bar, which is a business that Felts owned.

We're told that several bond conditions were attached in connection with Flint posting bond. One of those conditions was that Flint is not allowed within 30 miles of the United States/Mexico border.
