MIDLAND - Bond has been set at $1 million for the escaped prisoner out of Midland County.
32-year-old Fabian Nava was caught in Dallas Wednesday night.
That's after he managed to escape from the Midland County jail last Friday.
The Midland County sheriff's department tells NewsWest 9, Nava was captured in an attic of an old apartment.
He was arraigned in a Dallas courtroom before being brought back to Midland.
