ODESSA - A week after Chastity Cutchall was arrested for stealing from Ulta in Odessa, thanks to a viewer tip, NewsWest 9's Caught on Camera brings you a copycat.

"It's a class B. She got over $500 worth of colognes and things out of there," Susan Rogers with Odessa Crime Stoppers, said.

This thief stole the exact same beauty supplies; fragrances.

"I don't know what it is about perfume, but apparently that's a hot commodity, people keep stealing it," Rogers said.

Rogers explained this thief was brazen and talked with employees before she ripped them off.

"This suspect actually walks around, talks to the clerks, engages them in conversation," she said.

In the surveillance video, the woman is seen checking her surroundings, to make sure the coast is clear, then she bolted out the door and jumped into the getaway car.

"There's a possibility she's in a gold Dodge Intrepid four door. They saw her get into," Rogers said.

Since this is the second case of its kind, Rogers told NewsWest 9, the employees at Ulta are fed up.

"They're on high alert, they know what happens in their store, and to be honest, that's why were getting this video. They're tired of it, they're going to put a stop to it," she said.

NewsWest 9 reached out to Ulta. They sent us this statement: "In most instances of confirmed shoplifting, ULTA Beauty notifies the local police department and reserves the right to file a criminal complaint."

Rogers said that is exactly what the store is doing.

"They will prosecute everyone of these cases that come through there," she explained.

The woman is described as a white female, in her 20's, with dyed red hair and black underneath.

Anyone with any information is asked to call Odessa Crime Stoppers at 333-TIPS.
