ECTOR COUNTY - The Ector County Commissioners Court is holding a special meeting on Tuesday to determine what will happen with the Medical Examiner's Office.
Talisha Redic gave birth to a baby boy who tested positive for cocaine.
That baby died a few weeks after being born.
The Medical Examiner's Office didn't perform an autopsy on the baby and even a pair of office investigators were called out by the grand jury saying they made a "reckless decision."
The Ector County District Attorney says without the autopsy, Redic could be getting off easy.
The meeting is set to start at 10 a.m. Tuesday morning.
