ALPINE - The man accused of murdering a Terlingua businessman was back in court on Friday.

37-year-old Tony Flint has been charged with first degree murder.

According to the Alpine Daily Planet, there are new conditions to his bond.

Flint is not allowed to have any guns on him or in his home, he's not allowed to be within 30 miles of the U.S. border and he must remain within 150 miles of Brewster County.

Those conditions are in place if Flint posts bond, which is set at $200,000.

Flint is accused of killing 50-year-old Glen Felts.

We're told Felts had head injuries and his body has been sent off for an autopsy.

Felts' body was found back on February fourth in the parking lot of La Kiva Restaurant and Bar.

He was the owner of the place.

Investigators say one of his employees showed up for work and spotted him.
