Man Involved in Fatal Stabbing in Hobbs Turns Himself In, Search Continues For Another Suspect

One of the two people involved in a fatal stabbing in Hobbs last week has turned himself in to police. 22-year-old Armando Espinoza is facing charges of second degree murder.

HOBBS, N.M. - One of the two people involved in a fatal stabbing in Hobbs last week has turned himself in to police.

22-year-old Armando Espinoza is facing charges of second degree murder.

Police are still searching for 25-year-old Michael Rodriguez who is wanted for accessory to the crime.

Last Sunday, police were called out to a home on San Mateo where a fight and a stabbing took place.

17-year-old Oscar Mediano later died from his wounds and 18-year-old Omar Cruz was also hurt but he was treated and released.
