TERLINGUA - We're learning more about the death of Terlingua businessman, Glenn Felts.

The Brewster County Sheriff tells NewsWest 9, one of Felts employees was the one who spotted his body on Tuesday morning.

Felts was found right outside his restaurant, La Kiva, in Terlingua.

The sheriff's office arrested Tony Flint last night and has charged him with murder.

Brewster County Sheriff, Ronny Dodson, says this whole ordeal has been difficult on the entire community.

"Glenn was a businessman, people in town liked him. Even the guy who was arrested, he's been here about five years and they liked him," Dodson said.

Sheriff Dodson also says they're waiting on autopsy results for a cause of death but that felts did have head injuries.
