MIDLAND - A New Mexico Top 10 fugitive is behind bars after being caught in Midland.
U.S. Marshals tell NewsWest 9 that the Lone Star Fugitive Task Force got information last Friday that 38-year-old Sergio Navarette was living in the Midland/Odessa area.
