HOBBS, N.M. - An Odessa man was arrested in Hobbs over the weekend for using fake prescriptions.

22-year-old Carlos Lujan has been hit with multiple felony counts of controlled substances prohibited acts and conspiracy.

Hobbs Police got a tip back in June that Lujan and several others had been buying forged prescriptions.
