3.5 magnitude earthquake registered near Vega

Vega, TX - A 3.5 magnitude earthquake shook Vega Monday morning.

The tremor occurred just before 3:00. No damage has been reported.

In 2010, a 3.3 earthquake was registered near Vega, and again in 2012, a 2.5 quake was reported.
