MIDLAND - An off-duty Midland ISD officer caught two men red-handed on Tuesday night while they were trying to steal a television from a store in Odessa.
22-year-old Blake Rigsby and 47-year-old Greg Martin are facing multiple charges.
The officer held the two at gunpoint at the Sam's Club on JBS Parkway after witnesses said Rigsby has been spotted carrying the TV out of the store without paying for it.
When Odessa Police arrived, they found the stolen item in the bed of the truck that Rigsby and Martin were riding in.
