STANTON - A train slammed into a truck in Stanton with the driver still inside.
The crash happened near Highway 137 and Highway 80 around 5:30 p.m. Tuesday night.
State Troopers tell NewsWest 9, a pickup was at the stop light when another truck drove up behind it and stopped on the tracks.
The crossing arms came down trapping the driver of the truck.
That's when the train slammed into the truck.
The driver wasn't able to get out in time.
He was taken to the hospital.
There's no word on how seriously he was hurt.
