Search Continues For Robbery Suspect in Midland

MIDLAND - Midland Police are continuing to search for a man who robbed a convenience store earlier this month.

Now, Midland Crimestoppers is offering up to $1,000 for information that leads to his arrest.

Authorities say the man went into the Kent Kwik on West Wall Street around 5 p.m. last Sunday and asked for cigars.

When the register was opened, the man pulled out a gun and demanded cash.

Once he got the money, the thief took off.

He's described as a Hispanic man around 5'6" tall with a slim build wearing a black hoodie, jeans and sunglasses.
