MIDLAND - A fourth person is behind bars for their involvement in a burglary and officer involved shooting that took place in Midland last week.
Chancee Neatherlin is facing charges of burglary with intent to commit another felony.
Police believe she was in the truck that the suspects took off in after the attempted burglary.
It all started at a home in the 900 block of West Taylor.
Officials say three armed men forced their way inside and shots were fired.
Thankfully, no one was injured but the suspects managed to get away in a truck.
Officers found Hector Subia in an alleyway a few hours later.
He pointed a gun at himself then pointed the weapon at police and he was shot twice by police.
Subia is listed in stable condition at Midland Memorial Hospital.
The two other men, Joshua Wallace and Joseph Gentry, were both arrested.
All three of them are facing the same charges as Neatherlin.
