MARFA - The people who have been upset by the controversial Playboy bunny sculpture in Marfa won't have to look at it much longer.

That's because it's going to be moved to a museum in North Texas.

According to the Culture Map Dallas, Playboy Marfa will be part of artist Richard Phillip's Exhibition at the Dallas Contemporary next April.

The work, which is currently on display on Highway 90, features a 40-foot-tall neon Playboy logo and a 1972 Dodge Charger.

TXDOT officials claimed the artwork was an illegal sign and ordered Playboy to take it down.

The sculpture will undergo installation in late March just in time for Dallas arts week.
