CARLSBAD, N.M. - Three teenage boys in Carlsbad are in trouble after they were caught with marijuana at an elementary school.
Officers were called out to the Riverside Elementary School on Saturday around 1 p.m.
That's where they found the 15-year-old boys.
One of them had a pipe and a small bag of marijuana.
He told the cops that they had been smoking at the playground and that he bought the drug from one of the other boys.
He was ticketed for drug possession and trafficking while the other two were given citations for possession of drug paraphernalia.
