Amarillo voters reject ARC

Voters reject the Amarillo Recreation Complex.

The bond failed 46% to 54%.

If the $31 million bond passed, it would have raised taxes by $25 per $100,000 of property value. 

All 21 of the proposed amendments for the City Charter have also passed.
