A Stanton man was in federal court on Friday morning after he was arrested on wire fraud charges that cost one Odessa business more than $800,000.
According to the indictment obtained by NewsWest 9, 41-year-old Salvador Garza, Junior, worked for Franklin and Son in Stanton and would deliver fuel to Standard Sales in Odessa.
The indictment states Garza falsely reported just how much fuel he delivered on at least two separate occasions.
If convicted, Garza faces up to 20 years behind bars.
