UPDATE: Portions of Highway 191, FM 1788 Reopening After 18-Wheeler Rollover

Portions of Highway 191 and FM 1788 are reopening after an 18-wheeler rollover in Midland County on Monday morning. Midland Police tell NewsWest 9 the 18-wheeler was attempting to turn left onto the north service road of Highway 191 when the truck rolled.

MIDLAND COUNTY - Portions of Highway 191 and FM 1788 are reopening after an 18-wheeler rollover in Midland County on Monday morning.

Midland Police tell NewsWest 9 the 18-wheeler was attempting to turn left onto the north service road of Highway 191 when the truck rolled.

We're told speed is not believed to be a factor in the accident. Officials believe the sharpness of the turn and the momentum of the fuel possibly contributed to the 18-wheeler rolling.
