ODESSA - If you've ever wanted to own a wild horse or burro, listen up.
The U.S. Bureau of Land Management is hosting an adoption event this weekend at the Ector County Coliseum.
The event will be held until 6 p.m. on Friday but the event will open again on Saturday morning from 8 a.m. until noon.
A minimum fee of $125 is required to adopt the animals.
The U.S. Bureau of Land Management holds the horse and burro adoptions as a way to control their populations.
