HAMILTON, N.J., Oct. 21, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of First Choice Bank announced today Nicholas A. Frungillo, Jr. has been appointed President, effective immediately. Formerly, Frungillo acted as the interim President.
Joining the company in 2006 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Frungillo has more than 30 years of extensive experience in all financial and operational disciplines of banking including strategic planning. Prior to First Choice Bank, Frungillo was previously a director, executive vice president, chief operating officer and chief financial officer at The Town Bank in Westfield, N.J.
Frungillo replaces former President/CEO, Randy Hanks.

A Rutgers University graduate, Frungillo is a certified public accountant who resides in Mountainside, N.J., with his wife and two children.
First Choice Bank opened its first branch in Lawrenceville in 2007, the first community bank to open in the area in 40 years. Since then, they have grown steadily, opening four additional branches in Mercer County and most recently their sixth location in Kingston, NJ.
