FBI Officials Release Sketch of Armed Robbery Suspect

ODESSA - The Federal Bureau of Investigation in El Paso has released a sketch of the man they are looking for in connection with an armed robbery last Friday.

We're told the man walked into the Compass Bank on East 8th Street, just after 11:30 a.m. and approached a teller with a plastic bag and a note that demanded money. The note also stated that he had a gun.

The clerk gave the man an undisclosed amount of money and the man fled on foot.

The suspect is described as a Black male in his late 30's with gold colored trim around his front teeth, approximately 5'6" tall with a thin build and braided hair. The man was last seen wearing a black hat, a dark gray hooded sweatshirt and sunglasses.

No one was injured or hurt in connection with the robbery.

FBI officials are asking anyone who was in the vicinity of the bank or has information on the robbery to contact them at (432) 570-0255.
