LOS ANGELES, Oct. 10, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Micronomics, a SourceHOV company, and a leading economic research and consulting firm in Los Angeles, recently completed an economic impact report in which it determined that Los Angeles County reaped significant benefit from hosting the 2013 Rose Bowl Game and Rose Parade on January 1, 2013. The study concluded that these events added at least $306 million in direct and indirect spending benefits to Los Angeles.

The Los Angeles Sports & Entertainment Commission (LASEC) commissioned Micronomics to measure the economic impact of the Rose Bowl Game and Tournament of Roses parade.
