Greenwood ISD Board Members Hire Consultant to Find New Superintendent

GREENWOOD - The Greenwood School District is going with some outside help to find a new superintendent.

On Wednesday night, board members agreed to hire Johnny Tubb as a consultant.

Tubb actually has West Texas ties.

He spent 32 years at Grady ISD, 17 of those years he served as superintendent.

Tubb says finding greenwood a new leader will be a step by step process and does not need to be rushed.

Back in June, Former Superintendent Doug Young resigned after six years with the district.
