HOBBS, N.M. - A woman was arrested early Monday morning in Hobbs for driving drunk with a baby in her car.
According to the arrest report, police pulled over 22-year-old Jamie Swindle around 2 a.m.
They say she was weaving down the road.
After police pulled her over, they saw a baby in a car seat in the back.
According to the report, Swindle admitted to the officer that she drank too much and told them the baby was only two months old.
Police say she failed the field sobriety test and refused a breathalyzer.
Swindle faces several charges including DUI and abuse or abandonment of a child.
