Amarillo, TX - Three area teenagers are behind bars after an early morning shooting.
Amarillo Police say around 1:30 Friday morning they responded to the 100 block of N. Maryland on reports of shots being fired.
Upon arrival, officers tell us they found the suspect vehicle in the 100 block of N. Florida and was pulled over.
The driver, 18 year old Donald Frazier, was charged with deadly conduct.
17 year old passenger Dorian Tyrell Allen was charged with deadly conduct, possession of a prohibited weapon and three municipal warrants.
The other passenger, 18 year old Randolph Dwayne Sims, was charged with possession of marijuana.
No injuries were reported.
The icy conditions have also caused a number of crashes in the Basin. Odessa Police say they've responded to 55 crashes since Thursday within the city limits. Officials in Midland have reported 123 accidents since Thursday.
The cold weather has grounded or delayed many flights at the Midland International Airport. According to NBC News, more than 500 flights have been canceled at the Dallas-Fort Worth Airport since Thursday.
Loop 250 in Midland is back open. TXDOT treated all of Loop 250 on Friday afternoon to help melt the ice.
