ODESSA - More trouble on Snyder Street in Odessa. Over the weekend, someone fired shots at two homes in the neighborhood.

A little after 4 p.m. Sunday afternoon, police got a call about a drive-by shooting.

They were told a guy in a red Lincoln Navigator with chrome rims shot at two homes.

A woman in one of the homes, 57-year-old Gaynell Wright, was inside when she heard the gunfire and glass breaking.

She wasn't hurt.

Neither was the victim in the other home, 43-year-old Durke Ellis.

Both residents think the shooting was related to a big brawl and gunfire that happened last week.

Shot were fired in the same block on Snyder on Thursday night.

23-year old Allen Rowland told police he was visiting a friend at a home when a massive brawl started just down the street.

According the police report, he claimed 30 to 40 people were involved.

Rowland said he heard gunshots then noticed he had been shot.

He has since been treated and released at the hospital.

No arrests have been made.
