ODESSA - A former athletic trainer at Permian High School has been indicted.
We're told April Collins was indicted on four counts of improper relationship between an educator and a student.
The Ector County District Attorney told NewsWest 9 in a press release that the counts include sending sexually explicit pictures as well as online solicitation of a student.
Collins turned herself into the District Attorney's Office on Monday morning.
Collins resigned back in April.
