Nail Salon robbery suspects in custody

Amarillo, TX - A man and woman are behind bars after an armed robbery at an Amarillo nail salon.

Amarillo police say just after 7:30 Tuesday night a man and woman entered the Bebe Nail Salon near Georgia and Duniven with a gun.

They took cash from the register before fleeing on foot. Police caught up with the suspects at a nearby apartment complex. Police say an arresting officer was head-butted by the male suspect.

21 year-old Stefan Ryan Thomas is charged with aggravated robbery, assault of a public servant and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon.

18 year-old Krysta Hope McIntyre is charged with aggravated robbery.
