LOVINGTON, N.M. - It just keeps getting worse for a Lovington man.
He was already charged for stealing from his family.
Now, he's accused of ripping off a church group.
70-year-old Doyle Yancey is accused of stealing money from a men's prayer group for the past six years.
Yancey was authorized to make deposits for the group.
But two of the members became suspicious when they found there was no activity in their bank account for about three years.
There was a little over $4,000 that was missing from the account.
Yancey was arrested in February for stealing from his parents' company for the past 30 to 40 years.
