HOBBS, N.M. - A Hobbs Smoker's Outlet is being shut down after they were caught selling synthetic drugs.
The Smoker's Outlet on East Main in Hobbs was served a cease and desist order on Wednesday afternoon.
That means the business will have to shut down for the next seven days.
It also allows authorities to search and seize any drugs.
In February, an undercover officer bought a spice product called Mister Happy Potpourri Strawberry.
