CARLSBAD, N.M. - A Carlsbad man remains behind bars for selling drugs out of his home.

Joe Perez was arrested on Thursday and faces a number of charges including drug trafficking and resisting arrest.

Authorities were given a tip about Perez from another criminal who had purchased meth from him.

They searched his home on McKay Street and found meth, cocaine, heroin and spice.
