MIDLAND - Midland authorities won't be charged for shooting a suspect last month.
A grand jury says they found no wrongdoing on the part of the U.S. Marshal or Midland County Deputy and their shooting of Zachary Madrid was justified.
Last month, the officers tried to arrest Madrid on a state parole violation.
Madrid rammed his vehicle into theirs and officers fired hitting Madrid in the shoulder.
Madrid did survive and is now facing even more charges.
