ODESSA - Two former Permian educators will not face any charges after both were accused of having inappropriate relationships with students.
Authorities have said there is not enough evidence to prove it.
Last month, 28-year-old Kathryn Maples resigned after she was accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a 17-year-old student.
She was both a history teacher and swim coach.
Two days later, April Collins also resigned.
She was an athletic trainer at the school.
Collins had been put on administrative leave after she was accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a 19-year-old student.
