BIG SPRING - Some students at Howard College will be paying more to go to school.
On Monday afternoon, the college's board voted to raise fees and tuition for students living outside of the district.
That's to help keep up with state budget cuts.
The cost will go up $5 per semester hour, $9 per semester hour for non-residents and $10 per semester hour for dual credit except for career tech courses.
Also, the e-learning fee is up $50 per online course.
