HOBBS, N.M. - A Hobbs woman is in trouble with the law after causing problems at the motor vehicle division office.
We're 24-year-old Taja Hodge apparently cut in front of several people in line to get her driver's license.
When she was told she had to have proof of residency to get it, workers say she went off and started cussing.
Officers were called in when Hodge wouldn't calm down.
We're told she hit one of them in the chest that approached her then pushed another while they got her into the patrol car.
Hodge has been charged with two counts of battery upon a peace officer and disorderly conduct.
