BOQUILLAS - A border crossing is reopening their doors in West Texas for the first time since September 11, 2001 and it's completely unmanned.

Visitors to the Big Bend National Park will be able to reconnect to a tiny Mexican town that has been cut off for a decade.

Starting this week, pedestrians can be ferried by rowboat from one side to the other.

Instead of being questioned in person, visitors use an electronic kiosk to show their travel documents and communicate via remote link with officers elsewhere on the border.
