MIDLAND - We have new information on the legal battle stemming from the Midland train accident that left four veterans dead and several others injured.
Union Pacific is responding to victims who are outraged that the railroad company is calling the city, county and show organizers responsible third parties.
A Union Pacific spokesperson says all three were responsible for organizing and carrying out the parade so the jury should have the opportunity to hear all sides and decide what led to the accident.
The railroad says that doesn't necessarily mean they will be financially responsible.
