ALPINE - After several fiery debates and meetings over city workers misusing funds in Alpine, some big changes were made on Tuesday night.
A new city leader was ushered in just as another was booted out.
Charles Harrington will take over as Interim City Manager.
That's after the former city manager was voted out by council members.
Right after that decision was made, Mayor Avinash Rangra put his finance director on paid leave.
Rangra said he couldn't go into detail about why that decision was made.
