NEAR ANDREWS - Drivers in Andrews can expect to see some delays for the next for months while TXDOT crews work on two big road projects.
One project is one mile of Highway 176 which is being expanded from two lanes to four lanes with a center turning lane.
The road work starts in front of the Andrews County Expo Arena and ends at the new truck bypass route that is currently being built around the city.
The second project is on Highway 385, just north of Andrews. The roadway will be getting intersection improvements and traffic signals in connection with the new route.
